Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our current pick up times are Monday to Friday between 8am and 3pm and Saturday 8am to 10am.


No refunds for orders cancelled within 2 business days of their pick up.  


Refunds may incur a transaction fee depending on the original payment method used. Unfortunately, some of our payment gateways do not refund the transaction fee charged to us. For this reason, when refunding any monies paid we can only refund the total amount paid minus any fees directly associated with the transaction that we cannot recover. We encourage you to create a store credit to use towards a future order to avoid losing the transaction fee. If a refund is initiated by us and not at your request, we will refund the full amount including the fee.

Payments made via cash or bank transfer are not subject to any transaction fees and can be refunded in full.


Once picked up, customers accept all responsibility for the transport of any product to their location. We will not give refunds if there is a mishap during transit. We are happy to advise all our customers as to the best way to transport their cakes should they ask for it, but it is the customer’s responsibility to exercise extreme care when moving and transporting their cake.
